We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to own the full scope of warehouse and inventory operations at our HQ production facility. This is a wide-ranging, high-ownership role - you'll be the connective tissue between incoming materials, the production floor, and outbound shipments. You'll work closely with material management, production, engineering, and the office team to keep everything flowing. * Receive, inspect, and process all incoming shipments - from small parts to large capital equipment - verifying against POs and packing slips
* Coordinate dock scheduling and carrier communications for inbound freight
* Accurately receive material into ERP/MRP system and ensure proper put-away to designated locations
* Flag discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the material management team promptly
* Support incoming quality inspection and disposition of non-conforming material
* Own and execute cycle count programs to maintain high inventory accuracy across all storage locations
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; drive root cause corrections in the ERP system
* Maintain organized, clearly labeled storage locations for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and service inventory
* Manage safety stock levels in coordination with the material planning team and trigger replenishment as needed
* Operate and maintain kanban systems and order triggers for consumables and production materials
* Track and report on inventory metrics including accuracy rates, aging stock, and excess & obsolete material
* Build and stage production kits according to BOM requirements and production schedules, ensuring completeness and accuracy before releasing to the floor
* Collaborate with production and material management to support Clear-to-Build readiness
* Manage WIP material flow between stations and ensure proper tracking and storage of in-process assemblies
* Return and disposition excess or unused material from builds in a timely manner
* Identify and communicate material shortages or substitution needs ahead of build starts
* Pack and ship small parcels (UPS, FedEx, etc.) including spare parts, documentation, and customer shipments
* Coordinate and prepare large equipment shipments including crating, freight booking, and carrier coordination
* Generate packing lists, BOLs, and shipping labels; maintain outbound shipment records
* Support returns and RMA processes including inbound inspection and documentation
* Maintain organized, accurate service parts inventory separate from production stock
* Process service part requests and support field service and customer success teams with timely fulfillment
* Track usage trends and flag restocking needs to material management and engineering
* Own day-to-day warehouse organization, cleanliness, and layout optimization to support efficient material flow
* Lead warehouse setup and continuous improvement of storage systems, racking, bin locations, and labeling
* Enforce safety standards including proper material handling, PPE compliance, and aisle/storage safety
* Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, No-Forklift).
* Manage office supply and facility consumables replenishment, acting as the point of contact for internal office needs
* Serve as the primary warehouse point of contact for production, material management, engineering, and office teams
* Maintain accurate data in the ERP/MRP system including inventory transactions, location data, and stock adjustments
* Support data integrity efforts and provide regular reporting on inventory health, cycle count results, and shipping activity
* Participate in S&OP and production planning meetings to align warehouse readiness with upcoming build schedules
* Communicate proactively about material constraints, capacity issues, or operational risks that could affect production
* 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or materials handling in a production or manufacturing environment
* Solid understanding of inventory management principles including cycle counting, safety stock, kanban, and WIP tracking
* Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems for receiving, inventory transactions, and reporting (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
* Experience kitting for production builds and supporting assembly or hardware manufacturing operations
* Ability to ship and receive all freight types - small parcel through LTL/FTL and oversized equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in inventory systems
* Self-starter who can operate independently, manage competing priorities, and follow through without close supervision
* Physical ability to perform the full scope of the role: lifting, receiving, operating material handling equipment, and sustained time on the floor
